Returns are accepted within 7 days if the product is unused and in its original packaging, and get a full refund after inspection (allow up to 2 weeks for processing).

Items that come back used or damaged may be sent back to you or hit with a restocking fee, and purchases made through other distributors or retail partners (not Sifsaf directly) aren't eligible for a refund.
