How To Use

1.Wrap the cuff securely around your upper arm.
2.Sit quietly for 5 minutes with your arm supported at heart level.
3.Press the Start button.
4.Wait while the cuff inflates and deflates automatically.
5.Read your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate on the display.
6.Save or review stored readings if needed.
7.Stay still and avoid talking during the measurement for the most accurate results.
